Practice Sessions

You are welcome to come along to a practice session ( Our next practice is a Regular Practice on Monday, 7th September 2026 at 20:00 - we are currently dancing out, full time practice will resume in the autumn ) - these are quite informal and we can let you have a try out of one or two of the dances. No costume required! Practice sessions start at 8pm - although generally things happen from 8:15pm when instruments/sticks are setup and ready.
